Clougile is seeking a vibrant, confident, and articulate Front Desk Executive who will also represent the company as a Spokesperson and Brand Ambassador. This dual-role position is ideal for a young, enthusiastic professional with exceptional communication skills and a professional presence, who can confidently represent the organization at client meetings, events, college outreach programs, and promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
– Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and partners at the front desk with a warm and professional attitude.
– Handle incoming calls, emails, and maintain front-office documentation and appointments.
– Act as the company’s public face during events, college visits, product launches, and other external engagements.
– Confidently present Clougile’s offerings to students, clients, and partners.
– Coordinate with internal teams for branding, marketing events, and product demos.
– Maintain high grooming standards and a strong professional demeanor.
Who You Are:
– An excellent communicator, fluent in English and Hindi/Marathi.
– Presentable, energetic, and confident with a flair for public speaking and hosting.
– Comfortable being in front of a camera and speaking to small or large audiences.

Preferred:
